Remembering Bronwyn...
I remember when we first met, at The Brooklyn Hospital Center’s Cafeteria. The chaplain, Fr. John O’Leary introduced us. He spoke highly of you. It wasn’t too long before you stopped by to see me for an appointment. I was honored that that you picked me to be your Dentist!
Now Fr. O’Leary had his favorites, you were definitely one of them. I remember you telling me about your husband, Rick and how you wanted for him to come to see me. Over the years, we became friends.
When my wife and I had a Baby girl, you were so kind and thoughtful enough to bless her with wonderful gifts. For this, I thank you! Gabby loves all the gifts that you bought and made for her.
One day I went to the coffee stand in the hospital, and I saw you. This was when you told me about your diagnosis. I was not prepared but now I look back, thank God that he allowed me to see you because it was the last time we met.
Our friendship allowed you to feel comfortable to share your diagnosis. We embraced, I told you I Love You and to Keep the Faith! My wife, Gabby, and I prayed for you that night. We thank you for everything you shared with us. You will be missed but never forgotten.
